What should I do when an error occurs while Syncing content from EyeStage™ to Kaleido R7?

Errors during Syncing are usually caused by photos or files stored in memory that are corrupted or damaged. If you have selected the Sync location to be Kaleido R7’s internal memory, please format the internal memory of the device.

Select Settings > Format Internal Memory, and all the contents and settings will be reset. You can proceed to Sync all the photos again after reformatting the internal memory.
