I am having problems pairing Kaleido R7 with my computer using EyeStage™.

Please ensure that Kaleido R7 and the computer on which EyeStage™ is installed are connected to the same network. Make sure that you are running the EyeStage™ software on your PC or Mac.

Please go to Kaleido R7 > Settings > Pair EyeStage™ > Pairing, and EyeStage™ > Pair > Pairing playback device separately. If you are still unable to pair the devices correctly, try restarting both Kaleido R7 and EyeStage™.
