Please try the following:
- In Skype, go to (Windows) Tools > Options > Advanced. (Mac) Account > Manage Account.
- Click the "Manage other programs' access to Skype" link at the bottom.
- Make sure the IPEVO Control Center (ICC) is listed as an application allowed to access Skype API.
- If the access is not bi-directional, click the "Change" button to allow Skype and ICC to access each other.
- If you do not see ICC at all, reinstall the latest driver and make sure you enable access to Skype during the installation process.
