"Skype: unavailable" is displayed on the screen and the keys do not work.

Please try the following:

  1. In Skype, go to (Windows) Tools > Options > Advanced. (Mac) Account > Manage Account.
  2. Click the "Manage other programs' access to Skype" link at the bottom.
  3. Make sure the IPEVO Control Center (ICC) is listed as an application allowed to access Skype API.
  4. If the access is not bi-directional, click the "Change" button to allow Skype and ICC to access each other.
  5. If you do not see ICC at all, reinstall the latest driver and make sure you enable access to Skype during the installation process.
