There is a problem with X1-N6's sound output. What can be causing this?

When your voice can not be heard on the other end, it is likely that the microphone volume level has been set to Mute. You should:

a. Ensure that the power is switched on
Please make sure that the power switch is in the ON position, and that the LED in the center of the device is GREEN.

b. Adjust the sound volume
Adjust the sound volume on X1-N6 using the scroll wheel, 9 being the loudest and 0 being the lowest sound volume. Also check that the sound volume for the speaker has been set to the recommended level (which should be in the middle of the sound volume level).
